Cabaret
One of our ongoing goals is to help keep show tunes singing in Vancouver! APPLAUSE! has hosted semi regular cabaret events, each with a different theme, since 2003. These have been held at the Backstage Lounge, the Oasis Pub, Carousel Theatre Rehearsal Space, and PAL Theatre. Each cabaret gives a host of local performers an opportunity to be showcased and try new material.

SING OUT, LOUISE - Sunday November 1
Play On Words Productions, in association with APPLAUSE! Musicals Society are bringing their companies together to honour a night of Broadway Greats - musical numbers from throughout the years- and to raise money for the financial awards presented at the annual OVATION! Awards (January). Conceived by Ryan Nunez, Kailtyn Yott, and Lyndsey Britten, With choreography by Lyndsey, you will be on an adventure of song and dance in a different style of venue. There will be a variety of performances, a cash bar, and a number of silent auction items! Music direction by Clare Wyatt.
