APPLAUSE! has hosted semi regular cabaret events, each with a different theme, since 2003.  These were held at the Backstage Lounge, the Oasis Pub and Carousel Theatre Rehearsal Space. Each cabaret gave a host of local performers an opportunity to be showcased and try new material. With a rise in the number of local companies doing cabaret fundraisers APPLAUSE! has decided to stop presenting cabaret's on a regular basis. Thank you to all of the performers who participated over the years. 

Exciting past cabaret events have included "Boy Songs Girl Songs" (first cabaret at the the former Sugar Refinery), The Grad Show, DIVA Valentines Cabaret and The "Broadway North" Book Launch featuring the students of Capilano College Musical Theatre Program.
