​The 19th Annual OVATION! Awards, was held on Sunday January 22nd, 2023. 

The awards show featured exciting numbers from local 2022 productions including: Anne of Green Gables, ​Bright Star, Cabaret, Confessions of a Grocery Clerk (new musical), Not A Day Goes by Celebrating Stephen Sondheim, Nunsense, Once, ​​Ring of Fire, ​Something Rotten, Stages: A Musical Revue of Sondheim/Schwartz, ​String of Pearls (new musical), ​​The Girl Next Door (new musical), The Rocky Horror Show, The Three Little Pigs, ​Urinetown, and We Will Rock You. Special guest performers included the Lindbjerg Academy show choir, and the 3rd year students of Capilano University's musical theatre program.
